Training Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced training manager to devise our Businesses training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. The training manager will oversee the technical training needs of the business and will work with the Talent Solutions CoE to coordinate supervisory and leadership training. The Training manager will work across many departments and business areas to ensure the needs are met. Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education BA in HR or training/OD&L 8+ years of experience in training Good communications skills both written and verbal Preferred Skills and Education MA OD&L 44484BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
