Project Coordinator

Job Description The purpose of this position is to coordinate the delivery of services to contractors at various locations who have contracted with the company or who are interested in its products or services. This position may train other members of the department. o Monitor contracts and orders to ensure contract compliance o Negotiate with carriers, and customers to get the best prices and ensure customer satisfaction o Research resources to find equipment or tools that have been requested that are not in stock o Coordinate the logistics of getting requested material from its current location to the customer as quickly and cost effectively as possible o Monitor department's work orders, contracts, and billings to ensure all are reconciled o Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines o Other duties as assigned To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located and be able to interview on site. Basic Job Requirements o Accredited two (2) year technical or business degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements o Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders o Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job o Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines o Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Preferred Qualifications o High School diploma or global equivalent, some higher education preferred o Six (6) years experience in customer service and logistics in the equipment industry o Moderate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, and electronic presentation programs o Extensive knowledge of construction tools and equipment, including the application of most o Excellent negotiations and communication skills o Tenacious attitude focused on meeting customer requests o Understanding of equipment, shipping, packaging and freight o Able to make sound business decisions based on company's practices or policies. 112571BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
